Today is Friday (yes, Thank God!), February 11, 2011. I ponder what to write about...something amusing, perhaps? Something my kids said or did? I have decided I need to write more often and that it doesn't need to be a major topic of any significance.

This morning, for instance, as I filled my coffee cup from the 4-cup coffee maker I bought 3 years ago because I just like to have a cup or 2 before work and there is no sense having or using a 12-cup one, my daughter asked that I make a cup for her to take with her to drink on the way to school. Ok....not only is she using the cup she and Wyatt made for me last Mothers Day that says "MOM" on it, now she is emptying the coffee maker! Good grief! When did I/she get this old?? A question I ask regularly!

Luckily, my peanut (Wyatt) still lets me be mommy. Still kisses me goodbye before getting out of the car at the Rec Center too. I get another few years with him, I hope. I love watching the growth process of my children...the mental, emotional, physical growth. It is fascinating to me!

Okay...so this blog doesn't have all the humor of previous ones but might be the way I will head with them and see if I like just writing random daily thoughts.
